SKINNY SPRINKLES

Well i have always struggled with my weight up and down all the time. I always feel like i eat to much food and that my plate is always bigger then everyone's  plates . I have been putting weight on more as well so i needed something to stop or help me not to eat as much. While i was in Holland and Barrett getting my Vitamin C i seen Skinny Sprinkles. I have been having 1 sachet before each meal i tend to put it in the fridge as i like it better but its up to whats best for yourself.
