Skinny Sprinkles

Well hello everyone sorry about the delay busy busy and don't know if you all know but I have just got engaged so time to start wedding planning and getting healthy. I have used skinny sprinkles before and had great success so I was eager to try the new apple flavour I loved the previous flavour and how cute is the packaging come on it's gorgeous .

I love the packaging it's cute and girly so when I received the new flavour I was excited to try it. So I have used it twice a day morning and tea time before I eat  usually an hour before . I take it to work as the sachets are so covienent and I love the beaker . Now for the taste I have to say If I had to pick 1
would have to say the candy apple just seals the deal a bit more but I love them both . The candy apple one I feel smells a lot sweeter and I love things that smell sweet and I find this one not as thick but that is only my opinion. So I have used it for a month and guess what with the help of skinny sprinkles and healthy lifestyle I have lost 1STONE!!!!!!!!!!!  Amazing . I have  so much energy , sleeping

better and even my skin is better and brighter. Definitely worth a buy and these will definitely help me to get healthy for my wedding and I will be going to buy a new box soon .

Feeling fed up

Well had busy day today on my day off and feeling fed up this may feel and sound  like a depressing blog but I think if you feel this way it's important to talk . I do suffer from mood swings and headaches. I was unwell in 2014 with my head and had scans. To cut a long story short I was off work for 3months but now getting back on with my life 3 years later . I don't remember much what happened that day when I become unwell but I now am getting on with my life I just suffer with the dreaded migraines but I deal with them .  Sometimes when they get you down and you feel fed up with life you just have to try and think of all the positives things in your life and do something you enjoy. Doing my instagram and blog has really helped me deal with this better. If you ever feel things are to much take a deep breathe walk away have a think and always remember things are never as bad as they same and there is always someone there for you xxxx

 

Manuka Doctor

I have heard about Manuka Honey for a long time as my partner uses it near enough everyday either he is having it on his toast or drinking it with warm milk . He seen it in a magazine and it had good reviews so he bought a tub of it and he is now hooked. He particularly uses it in the cold winter months if he gets cold or  a sore throat it soothes the pain . I have never used it to eat or drink but I seen in a magazine that Manuka Dr did  a skin care range  and Kourtney Kardashian is brand ambassador. I know what your thinking I just bought it because of her and yes she was one of the reasons I bought it as if good enough for her to be brand ambassador then good enough for little old me . My skin was so dry and sore I needed  something to brightening it up . I bought the Manuka Dr Facial Oil Brightening Brighten and Soothe .

 

  The packaging is cute and tells you all about Manuka Dr and the different ranges there are out.  The directions say to use few drops onto fingertips and massage in so away I went . The product I think does not smell to great but it's not a problem as you get used to it . While massaging in I concentrated more on massaging under my eye lids and over my eyelids as that  is my problem areas. I have used this for over a week now day and night and what a difference. My skin is glowing . It is not tight sore or red anymore and people are commenting asking if I have just had a facial . I have now gone and stocked up as it is definitely worth a buy especially if people think you have just had a facial . I have now bought some more of the products which I am excited to try . My Life

 

 Well the last 4months have been a whirlwind I decided one night I wanted to set up an instagram 

page and a blog as i wanted to show people my interests and have a hobby when I am on my own. Some people may find it boring but I enjoy doing it. I have worked with some amazing companies who have kindly sent me samples of there lines which I have tried and reviewed. I will be working with some more companies soon and reviewing them and promoting. I love my blog and instagram page and I am so glad I started thank you all for your support and following me. Tetley Tea

Sorry for the delay in my review for Tetley tea. Been unwell with pleurisy so been resting and taking some time out from my blog.I am now recovering and feeling a little better and a Big Big thank you to Tetley tea for sending me some fabulous samples which are helping aid my recovery. So my first Tea of the day i sampled was the Tetley Super Fruits Immune  Peach and Orange flavor. Very refreshing and an wonderful taste which during the cold winter months i would highly recommend as if like me you need your immune system firing on all cylinders to keep you fit and feeling well. And this a great brew to help support your immune system.

 The second Tea of my samples i tried was again a Tetley Super Fruit Boost Blueberry and Raspberry flavor. As most of us know when your not feeling 100%  as the day goes on you can start to feel a bit fatigued and tired. So i thought i will boil the  kettle and make myself a nice cup of the Tetley Super Fruit Boost to help give me that little extra boost .I love the taste of Blueberry and with the added Raspberry it really was a nice change and again it tasted so refreshing and i felt refreshed.

So my final Tea of the day is the Tetley Camomile tea. This fantastic Brew as it is Naturally Caffeine free and as and helps sooth and relax me for a good night sleep.So when i take my Kate Moss book up to bed and snuggle down i have a cup of Camomile to help me relax and calm me down for the night. Perfect warm drink to go to bed with on these cold dark winter nights. Over next weeks i will sample the other fabulous Teas Tetley have sent me, As a Tea Lover these really are fantastic Products their really is a tea for everyone taste buds.....

Carex Shower Gel

My next product i had the privilege to try was the shower gel  pure & free from . I was keen to try this as it promotes 0% fragrance,0% parabens and only essential ingredients. I am a big believer in this as i have very dry skin and i can be senstive to perfumed products. I loved the bottle and the simplicity of the packaging. I have used his for over a week and what a difference it has made to my skin. When i used other products my skin was always bright red and sore to touch and felt tight. This product has made my skin feel so soft and silky no redness . It has also helped with my dryness on my skin . I used to use cream for my dryness 3 times a day and i have now gone to only using it once . What a difference this product has done to my skin it is not a strong smelling shower gel but it helps with your skin protecting it and cleasing it . Carex pure & free from now has permanent place in my bathroom . Definitely  worth a buy and is a great price £2.99 for 500ml .Thanks again Carex will be telling my friends and family 

Carex also do a gentle moisture bath cream . This is great if you have had busy day and have tired legs ,achey muscles . Put a few drops in the bath and light a candle and lie back . This is also not a strong smelling  product. It is a cream not a bubble bath  so dont expect loads of bubbles you do get a few. This product  directly goes to the places which are dry and starts working into the skin and making it silky and soft . All the carex products are amazing they are gentle on the skin and not strong smelling (which they dont need to be ). They do what it says on the bottle . Definitely worth a buy . designs.  I was privileged to be able to sample some of the new range which i have tried and tested.

The first product i tried was the Carex love hearts fun edtion hand wash. I was so excited to try this as when i was younger i was a massive fan of love hearts and used to eat them all the time so it reminded me of my younger years. When i got the product i was very impressed with the packaging it was so cute and very eye catching . I would definitely of bought it if i was out shopping . I wash my hands alot during the day as i handle alot of money in my job. When i first used this it was the smell that i noticed the must it smells amazing  your hands feel so fresh and clean . I felt my hands were alot cleaner then when i have used the products that are provided in my work place. I have let some of my work mates use this product they have said here hands smell amzing and they are alot cleaner . We have now stocked up at work with this product . I have one in my kitchen and i was baby sitting my god daughter who was helping me clean up she used this handwash for the first time and loved it she thought the bottle was cute and loved the smell. This is definitely worth a buy as it encourages younger people to wash there hands with the range as it is very eye catching and its fun . Your hands smell amazing now my god daughter now uses this all the time and my work place are wanting to stock up for all the work team.
